Experts recommend polypropylene with a tracksuit as the best combination. Lastly, insert simple stretching when you are not doing anything or at rest. For example, you can crane your neck, stretch your arms, or loosen your kneecaps when you are sitting in office cubicle, watching TV, or filing paper works. |
